Double occupancy £70-£80.
Single occupancy £40-£45.
Lower rates apply for those staying 3 nights or more.
All rates per room per night.
A deposit of £25 per person is requested at time of booking.
Tilia Cottage - Self Catering
3 nights (minimum) £250.
7 nights £500.
A deposit of £100 is requested at time of booking.
Balance of payment 10 days prior to arrival.
Phone for seasonal and longer stay discount.
Extras
Light supper on arrival (by prior arrangement) - £8 per person.
Packed lunch (by prior arrangement) - £5 per person.
